Yet, this place seems to be one that makes that transition possible almost easy. As you point out, it may have something to do with the character of the people here; those people are also why we wanted to come back here.] I know that when I started grad school I knew I wanted to teach at a place like Mary Washington. Like you, the people I've worked with here are why this job is such a great fit.
